If you are not satisfied with your hosting for any reason, you can cancel your account and receive a full refund within 10 days of the date of purchase. The user will have to wait for at least 5 business days to receive the refund.

Our refund policy is limited only the hosting plans, not domain names. Simply because there is no refund after domain name registration

To request a refund, please contact FastHostCity customer support. You will need to provide your account information and the reason for your cancellation.

Once your request for a refund has been approved, FastHostCity will process your refund within 10 business days.

There are a few exceptions to the 10-day money-back guarantee. These exceptions include:

• Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violating the terms of service
• Accounts that have been used to host illegal content
• Accounts that have been used to send spam

If your account falls under one of these exceptions, you will not be eligible for a refund.
