2. Illegal Websites
FastHostCity does not allow the hosting of any websites that are illegal in any jurisdiction. This includes websites that contain child pornography, hate speech, or other illegal content. If FastHostCity discovers that a website is hosting illegal content, it will take immediate action to remove the website from its servers. This may include terminating the website’s hosting account.
3. Copyrighted Material
FastHostCity does not allow the hosting of any websites that contain copyrighted material without the permission of the copyright holder. If FastHostCity discovers that a website is hosting copyrighted material, it will take immediate action to remove the website from its servers. This may include terminating the website’s hosting account.
4. Malware
FastHostCity does not allow the hosting of any websites that contain malware or other malicious software. If FastHostCity discovers that a website is hosting malware, it will take immediate action to remove the website from its servers. This may include terminating the website’s hosting account.
5. Spam
FastHostCity does not allow the hosting of any websites that send spam emails. If FastHostCity discovers that a website is sending spam emails, it will take immediate action to remove the website from its servers. This may include terminating the website’s hosting account.
6. Phishing
FastHostCity does not allow the hosting of any websites that engage in phishing or other fraudulent activities. If FastHostCity discovers that a website is engaging in phishing or other fraudulent activities, it will take immediate action to remove the website from its servers. This may include terminating the website’s hosting account.
7. Additional Types of Illegal Websites
In addition to the types of illegal websites listed above, FastHostCity also does not allow the hosting of websites that:
- Promote violence or terrorism
- Facilitate illegal activities, such as drug trafficking or money laundering
- Contain personal information about individuals without their consent
- Violate the privacy of children
- Are discriminatory or offensive
If FastHostCity discovers that a website is hosting illegal content, it will take immediate action to remove the website from its servers. This may include terminating the website’s hosting account.
FastHostCity reserves the right to refuse service to any website that violates these terms and conditions.
By using FastHostCity’s services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you violate these terms and conditions, FastHostCity may take action against you, including terminating your hosting account.
8. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
FastHostCity reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. If FastHostCity makes any changes to these terms and conditions, it will post the changes on its website. You are responsible for reviewing these terms and conditions periodically to be aware of any changes.
9. Termination of Service
FastHostCity may terminate your hosting account if you violate these terms and conditions. If your hosting account is terminated, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees you have paid.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Cameroon.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and FastHostCity regarding the use of FastHostCity’s services. These terms and conditions supersede any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
12. Waiver
No waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions will be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.
13. Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision will be struck from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15. Headings

These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
